- Dr. Vicki Hufnagel,  creator of Female Reconstructive Surgery, will  teach her new methods for conserving organs.  Dr. Hufnagel is a master surgeon capable of treating female reproductive health problems.  Our intention is to follow the lead of the African Medical Research Foundation (AMREF).  Starting with a group of three plastic surgeons from New York City back in 1957, AMREF has grown into a trained native work force of over 650, 95% being African.  We will have training centers in various disciplines, inviting in experts in their fields.   Our goal medically, as well as in providing food and shelter, is to cooperate and assist where possible, other like minded organizations.
